The meetings are held on the first and last Monday of the month, and families come to the Nata clinc to discuss issues in their community. That particular Monday they held the meeting about family planning methods. The support group plans to help people and give them examples relating to their health. The group celebrated with dancing and laughing, “which to me sounds great for them because laughing is the best form of medicine and dancing is the best kind of exercise, well for the seniors that is,” with members of the community. After speeches by influential members of the community, seniors were treated with a lunch provided by the amazing Post Office Staff. This was amazing for both the seniors and the community, and they hope that this event would be the beginning of a long lasting appreciation for the seniors in Nata village.

Its harder than what you may think, they are definitely hard workers.”
